Most of the business house are run for profits where the element of operational risk is often neglected or taken for granted. Unlike in the developed countries the contract of insurance is seldom considered as a protection. Unfortunately even in the best of Major Corporates, ironically the emphasis and awareness is only in the space of cost saving instead of enhancement in cover. Cover is only rudimentarily taken where the bankerís insist to the extent of their exposure or the statute insists for a mandatory cover. We have to go a long way.
